That is the ONLY word to describe our last gig on Sunday at the Keg and Lion in Kempton Park!

I don’t know what the H*LL happened – maybe the stars aligned or maybe it was the sound setup or maybe it was the Jagermeister ;-) … but we just totally DESTROYED the stage!!! … and powered our way through to the semi finals of the Battle of the Bands compo. We got some great feedback from the judges as well… and a total stranger even bought us all a round of drinks … Kempton Park people are so friendly … To add inspiration- in the crowd as well were the Kempton Giants baseball team as well as Faf Kotze – lead singer of Choking!Hazard (thanks for the awesome support guys).

So watch this space for news as to the timing of the semi final round…
In the meantime ……….

This Friday April 3rd sees the long awaited , supermassive, un-freaking-believable

PINK FLOYD TRIBUTE SHOW!!!!

Yep, its true --- you’ve been hearing about it for weeks … and its finally HERE!
We will be playing alongside ‘Welcome to the Machine’ the BEST Pink Floyd tribute band in the known universe, at the Asylum in Edenvale (corner 10th & 4th Edenvale- off Van Riebeeck) from 8pm onwards.

We will be playing our biggest, most varied set ever, with loads of new songs and old classics (over which we’ve working our lil @$$es off over the past few weeks). This is just gonna be EPIC! We’re expecting a capacity crowd- last time this band played here people had to be turned away at the door- so betta get yerself there early – this party is unmissable!

But wait.. there’s more …..
To celebrate this awesome evening, we’ll also have copies of our limited edition pre-release singles CD for sale (and if you’re really nice to us we might just toss you one for free).

This CD contains selected singles from our upcoming album Stait of Mind. We’ll be minting these in very limited number in anticipation of the formal launch of our album and music video - so get one and make all your friends insanely jealous!

PS: we’ll also have Inastait t-shirts for sale as well … at unbelievably reasonable VAT free prices given the current economic climate I might add.

We’ll also be playing at the ACP Youth Festival in Vereeniging (Riverside High School, General Hertzog road, Three Rivers) on Saturday 4 April with 4 other awesome rock bands (including Choking!Hazard), Festival starts at 15:00, and Inastait will be on at 17:00 …. If you’re in the Vaal area- check it out. (WOW- 2 gigs in 2 days!! – we must be famous or sumthin’ ;-)
